External Business Development Specialist

Salary: up to £40k basic plus commission

We currently have over 700 staff members working together to transform the property industry and support our Partner Agents. Our solutions, from CRM to conveyancing, empower agents with choice and control. We work with over 6,500 UK Estate Agency branches, providing a comprehensive ecosystem of solutions to help them succeed.

Role overview:

  • Create and implement contact strategies with the partner network, focusing on multi-stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage a caseload of partner agents, driving growth in auction revenue through regular contact.
  • Demonstrate the value of iamproperty products to partners, creating opportunities for the product teams.
  • Ensure agents have access to marketing materials and develop strategies for their use.
  • Maintain regular contact to overcome objections and support opportunity development.
  • Deliver online and face-to-face training to maximize auction activity.
  • Provide insights into challenges faced by the network and how our products can help.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 3 years' experience in the property industry.
  • Experience in estate agency and face-to-face B2B sales is desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation skills, persuasive and engaging.
  • Proven success in hitting targets and delivering results.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to motivate others.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.

Additional notes:

This is a field-based role requiring extensive UK travel and occasional overnight stays.
