Sheffield City Council is seeking an experienced manager for the Anti-Social Behaviour Team. We are seeking an experienced manager to join our Anti-Social Behaviour Team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing teams and delivering services related to anti-social behaviour (ASB), community safety, tenancy enforcement, or similar fields.
They will be responsible for ensuring Sheffield has a high-quality, continually improving, and customer-focused anti-social behaviour service.
Reporting to the Anti-Social Behaviour Service Manager, the post holder will manage a team of officers and ensure positive outcomes for those affected by ASB.
The team includes Anti-Social Behaviour Resolution Officers (handling investigations and resolutions), Uniformed Sustainable Communities Officers (providing visible community presence), and Anti-Social Behaviour Support Officers (offering guidance, support, advice, and training).

The role generally involves standard office hours, with a mix of office and home working. However, since staff work shifts between 8am and 10pm, occasional evening hours may be required.

Starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade unless payslip evidence indicates a higher basic pay, in which case we may consider a higher starting point.
Full-time employees work 37 hours per week, with generous holiday entitlement. We are open to flexible working options, including reduced hours, part-time work, or job sharing.
