Position: Exterior Maintenance Technician

Location: Selby

Contract: Full Time 42.5 hours per week, Permanent

Salary: Basic salary £27,340 per annum (40hr Week)

Reporting To: Team Leader

The Role

As an Exterior Maintenance Technician, you will work on-site providing excellent service to our growing exterior customer base. This role is suited for someone eager to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a friendly team. Main Duties

1. Grass cutting and strimming
2. Shrub pruning, plant care, and hedge cutting
3. Weed maintenance
4. Using a range of horticulture equipment, both powered and non-powered
5. Completing digital records via smartphone application
6. Liaising with customers
7. Autumn clearing
8. Spring preparation
9. Mowing
10. Heavy lifting as required

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• Full UK driver's license
• Garden maintenance experience essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Plant knowledge advantageous
• Horticulture qualification desirable but not essential
