We are thrilled to announce an exciting career opportunity: Export Shipping Coordinator, a role that will embody our credo “Autograph your work with excellence”.
Reporting into the National Accounts Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining our reputation for excellence by fostering strong internal and external relationships with our golf enthusiasts, members, and partners serving as the conduit between our export processes and the distribution centre. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including the following.
Exceptional communication skills are key to this role, along with a proactive approach and sharp attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service environment. You’ll be focused, resilient under pressure, and committed to delivering timely and accurate support—always putting the customer first. In addition, you'll play a vital role in driving continuous improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering a great customer experience, taking pride in providing exceptional service aligned to a premium brand. Whilst prior experience in a customer support and a knowledge of international trade, logistics, or export operations is advantageous. Drive to delight is more important as we will provide the skills and training for the role.
