BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking an Export Sales Manager to grow an established distributor network across Europe and East Africa from a UK base.

You will focus on tyre inflation equipment, compressed air products, and workshop gear, with limited travel. You will nurture distributor relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue growth across your territory while collaborating with purchasing teams and engineers to maximise opportunities.

• B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial distribution or a technical product environment

• Commercially minded, analytical and pragmatic with strong account growth focus
• Confident building relationships with buyers, category managers and technical stakeholders
• International sales experience and additional languages are advantageous but not essential

The Role

As an Export Sales Manager, you will take responsibility for managing and developing an established portfolio of international distributors across Europe and East Africa from a UK base with limited international travel. Selling a range of tyre inflation equipment, compressed air products, air line accessories, workshop equipment and pneumatic tools, you will focus on strengthening distributor relationships, identifying new opportunities and driving sustainable revenue growth.

You will manage a portfolio of spending accounts, working with purchasing teams, category managers and engineers to maximise commercial opportunities. With ambitious growth plans over the next three years, you will play a key role in developing existing markets and expanding sales across your territory through new business development also, identifying new partners & OEM sales opportunities across various countries.

The Location

This is a home-based position, open to candidates anywhere in the UK. International travel is limited to approximately two or three trips per year, alongside an ideal monthly visit to the head office in Yorkshire.

The Package

• £45,000 basic salary
• £12,000 annual commission, paid in January
• 27 days' annual leave
• 6% employer pension contribution, 5% employee
