Job summary

A leading company is seeking a motivated individual to join their Export Freight Forwarding Team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in freight forwarding, strong operational knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include scheduling shipments, dealing with suppliers, and negotiating rates. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with a salary based on experience and additional benefits to be offered.

Job description

Due to significant growth, our Client is looking for a new member to join their Export Freight Forwarding Team.

Previous experience in multimodal freight shipping, including Air, Sea and Road movements.

Team player, motivated, punctual and customer service focused.

Required Export experience as our Client has about an 80/20 split towards exports.

You will be involved in the following;

• Scheduling Air, Sea and Road bookings.
• Dealing with suppliers and customers.
• Requesting and negotiating freight rates.
• Continuous updating of shipping progress.
• Completion of end-to-end forwarding activities.

Working hours of 8AM-4:30PM, Mon-Fri.

Salary band depending on experience.
