DFDS is seeking an Export & Customs Coordinator in Scotland to support the export operation with a blended administrative and operational focus. You’ll process orders, plan truck movements and learn EU customs procedures, with training provided and room to grow within the role.

The position offers day-to-day coordination with internal teams, meticulous record-keeping, and a pathway to develop expertise in export operations and customs compliance.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders using DFDS systems.
• Supporting the planning of export truck movements.
• Learning and applying customs procedures linked to EU movements.
• Communicating with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination.
• Maintaining accurate records and completing administrative tasks.
• Supporting wider export and customs activities as needed.
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with DFDS processes and compliance requirements.
