Job summary

DFDS UK & Ireland is seeking an Export & Customs Coordinator to join our team in the UK. You will process customer orders, plan export movements, and progressively learn EU customs procedures.

This blended role combines operational and administrative tasks with training provided to develop your skills in export operations. You will work a pattern of 5 days from 7 on an 8-hour shift, with a focus on accuracy, proactive communication, and a growing understanding of compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders using DFDS systems.
• Support planning of export truck movements.

• Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks.
• Support wider export and customs activities as needed.
