WR Logistics is seeking an Export Coordinator in Leeds to manage export shipments from booking to departure. You will liaise with customers, airlines and suppliers, arrange bookings, prepare documentation and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.

• Knowledge of air export procedures and documentation.
• Confident communicating with customers, airlines and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage export shipments from booking through to departure.
• Arrange bookings with airlines and negotiate appropriate routing and schedules.
• Prepare and process export documentation and shipping instructions.
• Liaise with customers to obtain all necessary shipment information and documentation.
• Coordinate collections and deliveries with hauliers and transport providers.
• Work closely with airlines, handling agents and overseas partners.
• Monitor shipments and provide customers with regular updates.
• Ensure all customs requirements and export procedures are completed correctly.
• Prepare and check Air Waybills and other relevant shipping documentation.
• Track flight schedules and proactively manage delays, amendments and operational issues.
• Obtain and review freight rates where required.
• Ensure shipments are correctly invoiced and files are completed accurately.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems throughout the shipment lifecycle.
• Resolve customer and operational queries quickly and professionally.
• Ensure all shipments are handled in accordance with company procedures and service standards.
