You will negotiate spot rates with airlines and partners, prepare MAWBs/HAWBs, support UK export customs, and monitor flight tracking for key accounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of UK air export freight forwarding experience.
• Solid background in air export operations, customs, Incoterms, and Known Cargo security.
• Proficiency with freight management software (CargoWise, MultiFreight)

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end air export operations, booking global air freight shipments and planning cargo routes.
• Negotiate air freight spot rates with airlines, GSAs, and overseas forwarding agents.
• Issue MAWBs, HAWBs and export documentation; support UK export customs clearances.
• Serve as primary air freight contact for key accounts with real-time tracking updates.
• Oversee file costing and client billing to maximize profitability.
