Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Export Control Product Lead for a world-renowned aerospace organisation in the UK. The role involves managing export control products, stakeholder coordination, and delivering product and project outcomes on a 6-month contract.

Based in the UK with 2 days per month onsite site visits; rate is £67.47 per hour inside IR35. Experience with agile teams and export control products is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing agile teams and multiple products/services.
• Industry knowledge or exposure to the Export Control Products.
• Project/Product management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Export Control Products, incl. off-the-shelf items such as Authorisation Service license management & Identity Management; Enterprise Auditor; PCE; Titus; Email & Web Boundary Control.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across functions and report to the Support Functions Product Portfolio Lead within Shared Services Enterprise IT (EIT).
• Lead product and project activities, ensure timely delivery and governance of export control capabilities.

Due to a drive for greater success, this advanced manufacturing business is currently searching for Export Control Product Lead to add to their talented, hardworking team in any UK site on an initial 6 months contract. The rate per hour: £67.47 per hour inside IR35 / umbrella

The role:

The Export Control Product Lead will report to the Support Functions Product Portfolio Lead within Shared Services Enterprise IT (EIT). They will be responsible for managing the following Export Control Products, some of which are off the shelf:

• Authorisation Service license management & Identity Management
• Enterprise Auditor (Export control permission scans)
• PCE (Supplier Declarations)
• Titus (Metadata and visual Marking)
• Email & Web Bounday Control (working with Security & Export Control)

Knowledge:

• Experience of managing agile teams and multiple products/services
• Industry knowledge or exposure to the Export Control Products
• Project/Product management

Skills:

• Strong stakeholder management
• Capable leadership style focused on accountability, empowerment and ownership
• Ability to manage a large volume of change across both Product & Project
• Financial and management reporting

Qualifications:

• Product Owner and/or Product/Project experience
