Partner cross‑functionally with operations, engineering, supply chain, commercial, and legal teams to proactively identify and manage export control risks

Lead contract and customer review processes to ensure compliance with export regulations and licensing requirements

Establish and maintain technology control plans (TCPs), internal compliance procedures, and audit mechanisms across all facilities

Oversee export licensing, exemption/exception usage, and regulatory filings as required

Deliver training and guidance to employees across multiple sites, ensuring awareness of export control obligations in a manufacturing environment

Monitor changes in U.S., UK, and EU export control regulations and implement necessary updates to policies and procedures
