Job summary

Vectis Recruitment is representing a division of a global manufacturing group seeking an Export Coordinator. You will coordinate export shipments, ensure compliance with export control regulations, and manage licences to enable smooth international movement of goods.

The role involves working with the Divisional Trade Compliance Manager to develop policies, provide training, and support audits, while maintaining accurate records and liaising with authorities.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in export control, export administration or trade compliance preferable.
• Experience working in the aerospace, defence, high technology or manufacturing sectors advantageous.
• Comfortable handling confidential information responsibly and with discretion.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
