Job summary

Medivet Group is seeking a Pensions and Benefits Payroll Specialist to accurately administer employee pension schemes and benefits within payroll. This role blends specialist technical knowledge with problem-solving to deliver an excellent employee experience.

You will be the subject matter expert for pensions, salary sacrifice arrangements and payroll-related benefits, collaborating with Payroll, People and Finance teams as well as external providers to continually improve services across

Qualifications

• Significant experience in pensions, benefits and payroll administration.
• Strong knowledge of workplace pension schemes and auto-enrolment legislation.
• Experience administering employee benefit programmes incl. salary sacrifice.
• Confidence managing pension contribution reconciliations and provider submissions.

Responsibilities

• Manage pensions: auto-enrolment, assessments, postponements and contributions.
• Prepare, validate and reconcile pension contributions and benefits deductions.
• Administer employee benefits incl. private medical insurance, life assurance and Cycle to Work.
• Provide expert guidance on payroll-related pension queries and resolve complex issues.
• Ensure compliance with The Pensions Regulator, HMRC, auto-enrolment and GDPR.
• Support reporting and governance: P11D and audits, maintain records.
