Zusammenfassung

Specsavers is seeking a Payroll & Pensions Senior Analyst to own payroll and pension accuracy, compliance and service delivery across our UK and ROI offices and stores. You’ll partner with payroll colleagues, pension providers and regulators to ensure timely, accurate payments and compliant pension processes.

You’ll bring deep pensions expertise, with experience in auto-enrolment, workplace schemes and relevant legislation.

• Full understanding of auto-enrolment processes, workplace pension schemes and relevant pensions legislation.
• Ability to manage escalations, interpret legislation and provide expert guidance on pensions queries.
• Strong payroll knowledge including monthly cycles, payroll calculations and reconciliations.

As a Payroll & Pensions Senior Analyst within our Payroll Services team, you'll take end-to-end ownership of payroll and pension accuracy, compliance and service delivery across our Support Offices and Retail Stores in the UK and ROI. Working closely with payroll colleagues, pension providers and key stakeholders, you'll be the go-to person for complex pensions matters, helping ensure our employees are paid accurately and pension processes run smoothly and compliantly.

If you're a relationship-driven pensions expert, who enjoys solving complex challenges and making a real impact, we could have the perfect opportunity for you., You'll bring strong pensions subject matter expertise, with proven experience in a large, complex environment and a full understanding of auto-enrolment processes, workplace pension schemes and relevant pensions legislation. Confident working with pension providers and regulators, you'll be comfortable managing escalations, interpreting legislation and providing expert guidance on a wide variety of pension queries.

Alongside your pensions expertise, you'll have a solid understanding of monthly payroll cycles, payroll calculations, reconciliations and payroll controls. You'll also be highly analytical, with advanced Excel skills and proven experience in reconciling large volumes of data, pension contributions, provider submissions and control accounts. Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to make informed decisions while managing multiple priorities are all essential, as is your experience working within a fast-paced, customer-focused payroll environment.
