Job summary

VerifyUs is seeking a Process Engineer to help re-engineer and optimise precision electromechanical production. You will focus on high-mix, low-volume manufacturing from a design perspective, ensuring robust testing and assembly processes.

You will work across NPI, NPD, Production, and assembly to refine and rethink products and processes, driving improvements in manufacturability, quality, and throughput.

Qualifications

• Experience in production engineering, manufacturing support, or process engineering for electromechanical assemblies.
• Experience with motors, sensors, PCBs, actuators, wiring and power packs.
• Mechanical and electrical manufacturing process experience.
• Lean manufacturing and quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, 8D, Ishikawa.

Responsibilities

• Re-engineer and optimise precision high-mix, low-volume production from a design perspective.
• Collaborate across NPI, NPD, Production, and assembly to refine products and processes.
• Support continuous improvement and fault finding in electromechanical assemblies.

Production Process Engineer required to help re engineer and optimise precision high mix and low volume manufacturing from a design perspective. Complete product requires comprehensive testing, including RF, faultfinding, rework as needed, and skilled electro mechanical assembly.

You will work across NPI, NPD, Production, manufacturing and assembly to refine, improve and rethink products and processes.

Requirements

Production engineering, manufacturing support or process engineering experience of electromechanical assemblies including motors, sensors, PCBs, actuators, wiring and power packs.

Mechanical and electrical manufacturing process experience.

Lean manufacturing and quality tool exposure to FMEA, SPC, 8D, Ishikawa, etc.
