Job summary

VerifyUs is seeking an Electromechanical Production Engineer to optimise manufacturing processes, support product quality, and drive continuous improvement in an electromechanical environment.

This role acts as the key link between Design and Manufacturing, particularly for New Product Introduction (NPI), running pilot builds and transitioning to full-scale production.

You will lead Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen initiatives, troubleshoot equipment, create work instructions and train production staff.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in production engineering, process engineering, or manufacturing support.
  • Experience with electromechanical assemblies (motors, sensors, PCBs, actuators, wiring).
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D), and ERP and MRP systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in high-mix or low-volume manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities
