Ainscough Crane Hire in Maidstone, Kent, is seeking an experienced 100t Mobile Crane Operator to join the team on UK lifting projects. You will operate a 100t mobile crane safely, coordinate with site teams and customers, and uphold our safety-first ethos.

The role requires a CPCS Blue Card with Mobile Crane Operator authorisation, a full UK driving licence, and proven experience with large mobile cranes. We offer career development and a supportive nationwide team.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• HGV Class C licence.
• In-date CPCS Blue Card with Mobile Crane Operator authorisation.
• Proven experience operating large mobile cranes.
• Experience operating a 100t mobile crane, or similar.
• Strong understanding of crane operations, duty charts and lifting requirements.
• Knowledge of wind effects on crane operations and loads.
• Knowledge of road traffic regulations.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure.
• Professional, customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 100t mobile crane safely and efficiently.
• Carry out pre-use and operational checks.
• Set up crane including outriggers and equipment.
• Check rated capacity systems and lift configurations.
• Work from duty charts, lift plans and technical docs.
• Liaise with Site Managers and lifting team.
• Respond to wind and environmental changes.
• Maintain crane and complete documentation.
• Represent Ainscough professionally on customer sites.
• Work with wider lifting team to deliver safe projects.
• Continually look for ways to improve standards, efficiency and safety.
