Job summary

Ainscough Crane Hire in Dundee is seeking an experienced 150t Mobile Crane Operator to join our UK-wide lifting teams. You will operate a 150t crane safely, follow lift plans and site procedures, and work closely with customers and site crews to deliver complex lifting projects with precision.

You'll hold a CPCS Blue Card for Mobile Crane Operator, a full UK driving licence, and ideally experience with large mobile cranes.

Qualifications

• CPCS Blue Card Mobile Crane Operator with 150t experience.
• Full UK driving licence required (HGV Class C preferred).
• Proven experience operating large mobile cranes on UK sites.
• Ability to read lift plans and duty charts; maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 150t mobile crane safely and efficiently.
• Carry out pre-use and operational checks.
• Set up outriggers and supporting equipment.
• Check rated capacity systems and configure crane for each lift.
• Liaise with Site Managers, Project Managers and lifting team.
• Maintain safety and stop operations if conditions are unsafe.
• Complete crane documentation and reporting.
