Astrid & Miyu is opening a new store in St Albans and seeks a passionate Supervisor to lead the team in guest-focused experiences. You will host from the heart, coach colleagues, and ensure standout service while maintaining store standards.

You'll coach a high-performing team, manage stock and loyalty sign-ups, and contribute to a welcoming, vibrant brand environment in a fast-growing jewellery retailer.

Responsibilities

• Drive ongoing improvements to the customer experience, leading a centre of innovation.
• Be the product knowledge expert to drive sales and motivate the team.
• Use creativity to set engaging team challenges and interactive store experiences.
• Track and adapt to daily sales results to stay on target.
• Partner with Store Manager to mentor and develop the team for growth.
• Communicate clearly and deliver timely feedback to all levels of staff.
• Recognise achievements and identify development opportunities for the team.
• Foster open communication, collaboration, and mutual support.
• Ensure the store maintains cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising.
