Job summary

Astrid & Miyu in Oxford is opening a brand new store and seeks a passionate Supervisor to lead the team from the heart. This 30-hour-per-week role offers £22,400 base salary plus commission, with a focus on delivering 5-star customer experiences and upholding our values in a fast-moving, experiential retail environment.

You'll mentor and develop the team, train in product knowledge, drive sales, and ensure visual standards and loyalty initiatives are delivered across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Store supervisor experience preferred.
• Ability to mentor a high-performing team.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability.

• Lead by example to deliver 5-star customer experiences.

• Drive customer experience and store innovation.
