As our Experiential Marketing Manager, youll be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional real-world brand experiences, from bold pop-up activations and strategic trade shows to internal events that celebrate and connect our team. Youll bring our brand to life in ways that are immersive, engaging, and emotionally resonant.

Working closely with stakeholders across marketing, brand, people, and partnerships, youll play a key role in shaping how we show up, both to customers and to our own employees. This is a hands-on, creative role where no two events are the same, and where attention to detail, brand storytelling, and logistical excellence all come together.

  • Deeply immerse yourself in our brand identity, voice, and values and get to know our teams and audiences.
  • Meet key stakeholders to uncover short-term event needs and long-term experiential ambitions.

Audit our current event tools, partners, budgets, and processes for immediate improvement opportunities.

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of your first experiential activation, from ideation to on-site execution and reporting.
  • Introduce a planning workflow that helps creative, brand and logistics teams stay aligned and efficient.

Begin building a trusted network of venues, agencies, freelancers and suppliers.

  • Create an experiential roadmap that supports key campaigns, audience touchpoints and brand goals.
  • Elevate internal moments through high-quality, inclusive and culture-driven events.
  • Implement a framework for consistent feedback, performance measurement and iteration.

Key Responsibilities

Key Goals & Objectives:

  • Deliver a dynamic calendar of brand-aligned experiences across customer, partner and internal audiences.

Ensure each event drives awareness, engagement and a memorable emotional connection to the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute a range of experiences including pop-ups, activations, trade shows, culture events and internal celebrations.
  • Lead all logistics: timelines, budgets, production, vendors, branding, travel, AV, setup and breakdown.
  • Collaborate with marketing, brand, PR, people and partnerships teams to ensure full creative and strategic alignment.
  • Oversee all elements of the attendee journey to ensure consistency and impact at every touchpoint.
  • Gather and analyse event performance data to optimise future delivery and influence wider strategy.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

  • Solid background in planning and delivering brand and experiential marketing events, either in-house or agency-side.
  • Strong creative instincts paired with excellent project and stakeholder management.
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities under pressure and keeping complex events on track.
  • Confident building relationships with vendors, negotiating costs, and securing high-quality service.
  • Passionate about creating immersive, on-brand experiences that build emotional engagement.
  • Skilled at using tools like Google Suite, Notion, Eventbrite, Hubspot or similar platforms.
