Naked Wines is seeking an Experiential Marketing & Community Lead to craft memorable experiences that connect Angels with winemakers. You will source unique venues, design immersive formats, and build repeatable activation blueprints across the UK, with autonomy and a clear growth mandate.

You'll lead agile experiments, measure impact, and manage activation budgets, while collaborating with partners and central teams. London-based, hybrid role with travel to event locations.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of field marketing or live community activations experience.
• Experience delivering consumer brand events and managing budgets.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and partners.

Responsabilidades

• Discover, secure and negotiate non-traditional urban venues across the UK.
• Design and execute immersive events to connect winemakers with Angels.
• Build scalable playbooks for urban activations and regional growth.
• Prototype fast, test formats, and iterate based on engagement metrics.
• Balance budgets with high-impact learning and momentum.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with central teams and external partners.
