Belkin International in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer with a strong print and experiential design background. You will shape the in-store visual identity, producing engaging, on-brand materials for physical spaces and printed collateral, while collaborating with marketing, retail and production teams.

Experience in digital design is a plus as you may contribute to digital assets that align with in-store experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 3–5 years of graphic design experience with print production and retail/experiential focus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating environmental graphics and in-store displays.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite; 3D design tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design print-ready files for packaging, brochures, signage, and POS materials.
• Conceptualize large-format graphics and environmental branding for in-store spaces.
• Collaborate with marketing, retail, and production teams to ensure cohesive designs.
• Prepare print specs and liaise with vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Create proofs and mockups for internal approvals and stakeholder feedback.
• Stay updated on design trends in retail and experiential marketing.
