Job summary
Nteractive Ltd is seeking a Design Lead, 3D to drive imaginative, strategically aligned concepts for live brand experiences. You will lead the 3D team from concept to execution across stands, stage sets and immersive environments, while mentoring junior designers and ensuring brand consistency.
You will present to clients, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and stay ahead of trends in experiential design. This hybrid role supports flexible collaboration across client sites and the studio.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading 3D design in experiential/events/exhibitions/live environments.
- Strong portfolio showing concept development, detailing and delivery of large‑scale projects.
- Understanding of spatial planning, build methods, materials and production processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the 3D design team from brief to design intent detailing and delivery.
- Translate concepts into technically feasible, commercially viable designs.
- Own large-scale projects, manage timelines, deliverables and quality.
- Collaborate with creative and other workstreams for integrated experiences.
- Present designs and rationale to stakeholders and clients.
