Interaction Recruitment is seeking an Experienced Warehouse Operative for an established business near Chipping Norton. This is a permanent, full-time position on an evening shift, Sundays to Thursdays, 16:00-00:30. The role offers a fixed salary of £28,000 per annum, including unsocial hours allowance, with a stable, long-term opportunity.

You will join a motivated team, handle packing, loading, stock checks and dispatch preparation in a safe, well-organised warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' previous warehouse experience.
• Good attention to detail and reliable work ethic.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual handling duties.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Counterbalance forklift experience or licence advantageous.
• Must hold a driving licence and have access to transport due to location and shift times.
