Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting an Experienced Warehouse Operative on behalf of an established business near Chipping Norton. The role is a permanent, full-time position with an evening shift (Sun–Thu, 16:00–00:30).

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ warehouse experience, be physically fit for manual handling, and possess a valid driving licence with transport access. Forklift experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' warehouse experience.

Experienced Warehouse Operative – Evening Shift

Location: Near Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 4:00pm – 12:30am
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) licence to join a well-established business in the Oxfordshire area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong warehouse background and forklift experience who is looking for a stable, permanent position on a consistent evening shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders accurately.

• Operating a counterbalance forklift to move, load and unload goods safely.

• Loading and unloading vehicles.

• Managing goods in and goods out.

• Maintaining accurate stock records and stock control.

• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe.

• Supporting the wider warehouse team to meet daily operational targets.

• Following all health and safety procedures.

Essential Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence – essential.

• Minimum 2 years' previous warehouse experience – essential.

• Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse environment.

• Experience in picking, packing, dispatch and stock control.

• Good attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.

• Comfortable undertaking manual handling duties.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Full driving licence and access to transport due to the location and shift finishing times.
