Arcade is seeking an experienced Waiter to join our team.

The successful candidate will be outgoing, personable, and enthusiastic about all things food & drink.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Waiter to develop their skills with full support.

The Restaurant:

Arcade is excited to recruit an experienced Waiter for Arcade @ Battersea Power Station.

Our Food Halls showcase our philosophy of creating multiple unique brands and supporting emerging food and drink talent, all under one roof. Featuring 12 new brands and drinks from our destination bars, we use fresh market ingredients to reflect the flavors of our kitchens, complemented by a calendar of events.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional hospitality and build genuine relationships with guests.
• Open and close the restaurant.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with guests.
• Manage your section efficiently.
• Assist in developing junior staff members.
• Maintain cleaning schedules, records, and checklists.
• Deliver food from the kitchen to the dining areas.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
• Adhere to all Food Safety and Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Keep back of house, corridors, and drop-off areas tidy.
• Attend briefings, meetings, and training sessions.
