We now have a fantastic opportunity for an Experienced Teaching Assistant at Hillingdon Manor School in Uxbridge, part of Options Autism. If you are passionate about supporting pupils with Autism and complex needs in a dedicated environment, we want to hear from you.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work directly with pupils, helping them maximize their educational potential. You’ll assist in preparing learning materials, facilitating classroom activities, and supporting pupils’ emotional and physical needs, fostering their development and engagement.

Applicants should have experience working in an SEN environment, particularly with pupils with Autism and complex needs. Flexibility, responsiveness, and a caring attitude are essential, as is the ability to adapt to indoor and outdoor classroom settings.
Hillingdon Manor provides specialist education for 185 pupils aged 3.5 to 19 across two sites, supporting students with diverse needs in small class sizes to achieve their qualifications and live fulfilling lives. Part of Outcomes First Group, we are committed to innovative approaches that deliver measurable outcomes for our pupils.
We also offer the opportunity to work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay, subject to successful probation, as part of the 4-Day Working Week trial.
