Role Description

We welcome applications from experienced Teaching Assistants interested in building positive relationships with children, including those with high needs such as ADHD, ASD, Challenging Behaviour, and Dyslexia, as well as disadvantaged pupils.

Essential skills include a good understanding of lesson planning, SEN support plans, and learning objectives. Candidates should possess excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

The role involves supporting children in whole school activities such as playground duty and trips. Resilience and effective use of school strategies to re-engage pupils are important qualities.
