BSL Teaching Assistant

• Teaching Assistant with BSL required

BSL TA - The role:

The BSL Teaching Assistant will work closely with a student who is hearing impaired, providing individual support and assisting in small group work with other students. The setting caters to students aged 4 - 16 years with a range of special needs in a purpose-built school.

The school prefers a BSL Teaching Assistant with BSL Level 2 or 3 or with substantial experience in the field. The role involves liaising with parents and outside agencies, requiring an excellent communicator, forward thinker, and independent worker.
