We are looking for experienced developers to join our Crowborough team. You will be confident, independent, perhaps aiming to make your first move into a Senior Developer role or have prior experience working in a senior position.

• Has more than 2 years of commercial development experience and is seeking a mid-level position.
• or
• Has more than 3 years of commercial development experience and is seeking a first senior developer role or is an experienced senior developer.

• Is confident in their opinions and can express them in group discussions.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision on long-term projects.
• Can communicate effectively with less technical stakeholders.

We Would Be Impressed By
