About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Social Worker / Experienced Social Worker to join the Fostering Service at Wrexham.

The Fostering Service plays a vital role in achieving safe, stable and positive outcomes for children and young people. The service supports a wide range of carers and families and is responsible for the recruitment, assessment, training and ongoing support of foster carers and connected carers.

As a Social Worker within the Fostering Service, you will work within one of four dedicated Hubs, each with its own distinct functions, roles and responsibilities. Depending on the needs of the service, there may also be opportunities or requirements to work across different Hubs.
