Responsibilities

• Assess and support foster carers to ensure a high-quality care environment for children and young people.
• Collaborate with multiple teams within the fostering hubs to deliver comprehensive service.
• Develop care plans and conduct reviews, ensuring children's needs are met effectively.
• Recruit and train new foster carers, coordinating ongoing training sessions.
• Provide advice and information to foster carers, enabling them to deal with complex situations confidently.
• Monitor and evaluate placements, ensuring compliance with national standards and fostering service protocols.
