An established industry player is seeking experienced social workers to join their community teams across Kent. This role offers both full-time and part-time positions, focusing on person-centered approaches to enhance locality working practices. We are recruiting experienced social workers with a range of skills and experience for various roles. Both permanent, full-time, and part-time positions are available.
All new joiners are eligible for a £3000 Golden Hello payment (subject to criteria), along with service-related payments following continuous employment.

We work with adults with diverse care and support needs, involving assessments such as Care Act and Mental Capacity Act (MCA), Court of Protection applications, and safeguarding enquiries.
Our practice is built on three pillars: excellent practice, innovation, and meaningful measures. We prioritize building relationships with individuals, families, and carers, engaging early with communities to empower local support options.
We seek experienced social workers with post-qualification experience in social services, health agencies, or related organizations. Applicants must hold registration with Social Work England and be capable of working at the Experienced Practitioner level of the Social Care Capabilities Framework.
Experience in risk management, safeguarding, and supervising staff is essential. A positive, forward-thinking attitude and strengths-based practice approach are highly valued.
