Role Responsibilities
We are recruiting experienced Social Workers with a range of skills and experience. A permanent, full-time opportunity is available within the Shepway Community Team in Kent. The role offers a hybrid model of office-based and remote working to meet service needs.

Join our community teams across Kent to enhance locality working and prioritize person-centered, good practice approaches. We work with adults with various care needs, conducting assessments such as Care Act, MCA, Court of Protection applications, and safeguarding enquiries.
Our practice is built on excellent relationships, innovation, and meaningful measures, engaging early with communities to empower individuals to access local support.
Applicants should have post-qualification experience in Social Services or related fields, hold registration with Social Work England, and be competent at the Experienced Practitioner level. Experience in risk management, safeguarding, and supervising staff is essential.
A positive, forward-thinking attitude and strengths-based practice approach are desired. A Full UK Driving Licence is required; applications will be considered with reasonable adjustments for disabilities.
