Responsibilities

1. Protect our customer's property, people, and assets by providing security services in accordance with published Assignment Instructions (AIs) and any updates.
2. Achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators / Service Level Agreements to ensure customer satisfaction and contract retention.
3. Engage in continuous self-development through additional training.

Operations

1. Ensure compliance with policies, legal, and regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager and in line with UK law and guidance.
2. Complete all site tasks as defined in the published AIs.
3. Review and suggest improvements to Assignment Instructions to enhance service quality.
4. Maintain compliance with industry and statutory legislation, including holding a valid SIA front-line licence, and complete required courses.
5. Adhere to safety and legal obligations.
6. Follow instructions and procedures diligently.
7. Work systematically and methodically.

Training

1. Complete all required competency training satisfactorily.
2. Undertake additional training for ongoing self-development as directed.
3. Utilize technology for work objectives and professional growth.
4. Renew your licence 16 weeks prior to expiry.

Security & Safety

1. Report hazards or safety concerns immediately.
2. Remain vigilant to threats or environmental changes.
3. Use common sense and involve others if situations threaten safety.
4. Maintain professionalism in difficult situations.
5. Document incidents accurately and promptly.
6. Adhere to schedules and demonstrate commitment to Mitie and the client.
7. Perform check calls as scheduled in AIs.
8. Report incidents to emergency services and the Communication Centre.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous security experience.
• SIA Licence.
• PMVA or Maybo experience.
