Worth Recruiting – Property Industry Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join a specialist residential estate agency serving the Cheam area. You will manage transactions from offer through to completion, liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and agents.

This permanent, full-time role rewards strong communication, organisation and the ability to move chains efficiently. A proven track record in residential progression is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Progressor in residential estate agency.
• Experience managing multiple sales cases simultaneously.
• Ability to explain typical monthly case load and annual transactions.
• Strong communication with solicitors, buyers, sellers and other parties.

Responsibilities

• Manage property sales from offer acceptance through to exchange and completion.
• Progress a portfolio of transactions proactively.
• Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors and agents throughout the process.
• Identify and resolve issues delaying transactions.
• Provide regular updates and maintain clear communication with all parties.
• Maintain accurate records and progress through to completion.
