Job summary

The Recruit UK in Leigh is seeking experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team. The role offers a warm desk with existing clients and a generous commission structure, plus a car allowance.

You will work across industrial and commercial recruitment with opportunity for rapid progression. We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated professionals with at least two years in agency recruitment and a track record of delivering results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in agency recruitment.
• Experience delivering across industrial and commercial sectors.
• Self-starter with drive to grow career.
• Ability to work on a warm desk with existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Source and place candidates across roles.
• Develop and manage client relationships.
• Own end-to-end recruitment cycle from brief to placement.
