What You’ll Be Doing

We are looking for an ambitious, driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team based in Bromsgrove . This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a vibrant branch within the UK’s leading specialist transport and logistics recruiter. As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle across your designated territory. Your responsibilities will include:

• New Business Development : Proactively target and secure new clients to expand your client base.
• Candidate Attraction : Write compelling job adverts and use a range of online platforms to attract top talent.
• Candidate Management : Source, interview, and prepare candidates for placement, ensuring full compliance and suitability.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through excellent account management.
• Compliance and Documentation : Ensure all candidate and client records meet internal and industry compliance standards.
• On-Call Duties : Participate in a shared on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a recruitment consultant on a temporary recruitment desk.
• Ideally coming from a driving, construction or related field.
• Confident communicator with a strong telephone manner .
• Highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for recruitment.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service .
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
