The full gamut of traditional Quantity Surveying duties with a focus upon measurement in accordance with the appropriate standard, preparation of Bills of Quantities and schedules of work. Speed and accuracy is important as you work within a close knit team to meet the clients deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience:
The Candidate will have achieved a Bachelor of Science Degree in Quantity Surveying from study undertaken in the UK and must be a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS), with a minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience, gained from working primarily in private practice, with project experience mainly from new build developments and refurbishment projects.

Regional Office:
The position will be primarily based in our Warrington office, with a flexible working arrangement to suit the current climate. You must be prepared to work flexibly from the Warrington office. You will live within reasonable commuting distance of the office, with flexible/ hybrid conditions offered. You will be expected to work on projects both locally and nationally and to travel when necessary. You will also be expected to work from the office for at least 2 days per week.
