With more new and exciting projects in development, if you have experience in the technical and analytical elements of PDM/PLM project delivery, and are looking to further develop your people, project or account management skills, then we'd love to hear from you.

We offer ongoing learning and development, impactful projects, and a team that's behind you all the way. We also progress people based on merit, so you won't find any glass ceilings or pigeon-holing here. Instead, we offer a range of career pathways to suit you, your skills, and ambitions.

If you're feeling ready for a new challenge, you can apply right now (below) for openings across the East and West Midlands. We also welcome applications for future roles, projects, and locations — either apply or reach out to us on LinkedIn!

The Challenge
  1. Work alongside clients within your business unit (location) to understand their product development processes and information flow.
  2. As part of a project team, systematically address and improve how clients manage their product data—solving problems and shaping solutions to deliver the right outcomes.
  3. Further develop your people and project management skills through mentoring, learning, and practice.
  4. Take responsibility for delivering your own workstreams while developing your understanding of QR_PDM/PLM engagements.
  5. Develop strong relationships with customers and teammates, becoming a trusted and knowledgeable advisor to clients.
  6. Support deployments and development of our technical/software tools and solutions.
  7. Attend and contribute to team meetings, 1:1s, and knowledge-sharing sessions with SMEs, senior management, and the wider QR team.
  8. Support various internal business improvement projects and initiatives (e.g., team building, events, CSR, diversity, pride, mental health, innovation labs, sports, and music).

Location and working arrangements are flexible, but most projects require some on-site presence weekly. Business units are regionally split, and team members are deployed accordingly unless arrangements are made otherwise.

Requirements
  • 2+ years experience delivering technical/data-focused projects, ideally in engineering or tech industries.
  • A first-class or high 2.1 bachelor’s degree, master's degree, or PhD in any discipline (not necessarily STEM).
  • Ambition in project and people management—aiming to inspire trust and confidence from clients and colleagues.
  • Drive to assume more responsibility, make a difference, and drive change for people and the planet.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present compelling, data-driven stories and solutions to stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with manufacturing, technical, and business contacts at all levels.
Benefits
  • £38,000-£50,000 starting salary plus rewards and benefits.
  • A motivated, diverse, talented, and supportive team with a positive, people-focused culture.
  • Extensive induction, ongoing learning, and development opportunities.
  • Variety of projects with real-world impact across different locations and clients.
  • Travel opportunities within the UK, Europe, and globally.
  • Career progression based on merit, with multiple pathways.
  • Team events, sports clubs, CSR activities, mental health and diversity initiatives, and direct access to management and leadership.
  • Skills and experience to keep you in demand throughout your career.
