About the role

This position aims to enhance and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the Workday Payroll Module for the UK. As part of the Tech Payroll Team, you will analyze, configure, and maintain the system in accordance with company policies and Workday procedures.

  • Maintain and customize the Payroll Module to meet specific organizational payroll needs, ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies.
  • Analyze system configurations related to payroll, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with Workday product owners to resolve issues.
  • Implement system updates, including testing and validating new payroll features during Workday releases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Workday Payroll Module in coordination with the UK payroll and cross-functional teams.
  • Document payroll module configurations comprehensively for future reference.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and enhancements to streamline payroll operations.
