Qualifications

  • Several years of relevant UK practice experience, post Part 2.
  • Solid understanding of UK planning policy, building regulations, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

  • Support project teams across all stages of the RIBA Plan of Work.
  • Produce drawings, technical details, 3D models, and presentation materials.
  • Assist with planning and building regulations submissions.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors and client teams.
  • Prepare documentation, specifications and written reports.
  • Attend client meetings, internal design reviews, and site visits.
  • Contribute to contract administration tasks under supervision.
