You will contribute to safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environments for residents and staff, applying attention to detail and high standards across internal and external areas.

Qualifications

• Essential: robust painting and decorating experience with attention to detail.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team, maintaining professionalism.
• Ability to work at height and comply with safety regulations.
• Full and clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out painting and decorating tasks including prep, repair and finishing of internal and external areas.
• Work safely at height using ladders, scaffolding and access equipment.
• Keep work areas clean and minimise disruption to residents and staff.
• Support general maintenance tasks (basic plumbing, tiling, minor repairs).
• Travel between homes to support the maintenance team.
