Job summary

Specsavers Stockport is seeking an experienced Optical Assistant to join a well-established team. In this full-time role you will support customers from arrival to checkout, help with frame choices and lens options, and ensure a high standard of eyecare.

You will manage bookings, answer product questions, and assist with dispensing while collaborating with colleagues to keep the store welcoming and well organised.

Role Description

As an Experienced Optical Assistant at Specsavers Stockport, you will provide day-to-day support to customers in our on-site store, ensuring an excellent experience at every stage of their visit. This full-time role includes welcoming and guiding customers, assisting with frame selection and lens options. You will manage bookings, handle product queries, and support the dispensing process, ensuring accurate information is recorded in store systems.
