Specsavers Hedge End is seeking an Experienced Optical Assistant or Retail Supervisor. You’ll bring a passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services, and outstanding customer service to create an inviting store environment for customers and your team.

As a supervisor you will assist the store directors with retail operations, supervising, coaching and motivating staff to achieve excellent standards and exceed performance targets.

Competenze

• Previous optics experience is essential.
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Basic knowledge of optical terminology.

Experienced Optical Assistant / Retail Supervisor

We are looking for a either an experienced Optical Assistant or a Retail Supervisor. As an Optical Assistant you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team. If you are looking for a Supervisor role you will assist the store directors with the retail operations with a particular responsibility for supervising, coaching and motivating staff to achieve excellent technical standards and customer service and to exceed performance targets. You will support by using key performance indicators to increase sales, minimise costs and maximise profits and management team in the effective running of the store. You will support with supervising, coaching and motivating staff to achieve excellent retail standards and customer service. You will support by inspiring the team and using KPI’s to increase sales, minimise costs and maximise profits.

At Specsavers we are passionate about our people and their development. You will receive thorough and continued training and development to enhance your understanding of our products and how to put into practice effective people management.

You will be a key part in creating a warm and friendly atmosphere and an outstanding store environment both for our customers and our team.

Please note that previous optics experience is essential for this role.
