Job summary

Inspired Selections in Wirral is seeking an experienced Optical Assistant to join a busy high-street practice. You will be involved across the patient journey, including pre-screening, frame selection, dispensing and aftercare.

Starting salary is £26,925 with DOE; full-time role, 40 hours per week, Saturdays or Sundays. Must have at least 12 months' optics experience and be confident dispensing and pre-screening; join a friendly team with ongoing training and career development.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 12 months' optical experience.

Responsibilities

• Dispensing and providing advice on lenses and products
• Pre-screening customers ahead of their eye examination
• Helping customers choose suitable frames
• Adjustments, collections and aftercare
• Working confidently in a busy, customer-focused optical environment
