Job summary

Quest Employment are recruiting experienced MIG Welders for a well-established engineering company in the CV3 area of Coventry. This is a long-term, ongoing role offering full-time hours and ongoing support from a dedicated recruitment team.

Location: Coventry, CV3. Pay from £18.00 per hour, depending on experience. Working pattern is Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30. The role is full-time and open to self-employed arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experienced MIG Welder with ability to read engineering drawings.
• Proficient in fabrication, measuring, and assembling metal components.
• Committed to high-quality workmanship and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• MIG welding of mild steel components to a high standard.
• Fabricating metal products from engineering drawings.
• Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials accurately.
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Inspecting finished work to ensure quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Working independently and as part of a skilled fabrication team.
