Ambitek Limited is recruiting an experienced Mechanical Fitter for projects at a Birkenhead site. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance on large, heavy industrial machinery, in a busy industrial environment, with both independent and team work required.

Applicants should be time-served and have NVQ Level 3, plus experience with heavy equipment and a strong understanding of health and safety procedures. IR35 applies and PAYE is the payment method.

Qualifications

• Time-served mechanical fitter with NVQ Level 3.
• Experience on large, heavy industrial machinery.
• Experience in planned and reactive maintenance.
• Must pass a mechanical theory test and understand health and safety procedures.
